Returns, Damages, and Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card game (TCG) industry, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or differs from its description, please contact us at tcgcatalyst@gmail.com, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment. Please note that approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred at the time of the original transaction. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To request a cancellation, please email tcgcatalyst@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]".
